Policies + Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES | Guess what...returns happen sometimes.  That's life! More than anything we want you to love your items. Brand new unworn, unwashed clothing  with no stains, visible wear, smells, or animal hair in original packaging may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund unless marked FINAL SALE at time of purchase. (Minus shipping costs)   Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings and hats or any other head-ware...EVER!  Please take this into consideration before ordering.

 

  • Sale items + featured items are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-7 business days. You will then be issued a refund once your return request has been processed of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus incurred shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be in the form of the original payment at checkout.

    SALES TAX | We charge local sales taxes only in our sunny home state of Florida.

    ORDER CHARGES | Sorry, but we cannot accept cash or personal checks in our online store.  To get your items to you quickly, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, you’ll be issued a refund for that item (see backorders below) and shipping charges and taxes will be adjusted accordingly. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.

    BACKORDERS | Sometimes an item is so popular it's gone before even we know it. Other times it is an item that is handmade by us and may take a bit longer to make especially for you.  Either way, you can still place your order and we promise to get it to you asap; if it’ll be on backorder longer than two weeks, we will let you know and/or we can issue a refund. We hope you ordered something because you LOVED it and will work as hard as possible to get it to you asap.  Please be patient. :)

    SHIPPING | We ship via USPS or UPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email.  Most in-stock orders may take up to 48 hours (business) to process. We cannot refund for expidited shipping charges if orders are shipped within this 48 hour processing time prior to shipping.

    PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages but will work with you to make this right. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS | we do ship internationally at a flat rate of $19.00. Please know that International shipping will take a minimum of 6-12 days and rush shipping is not available.

    DELIVERY | We ship to the Paypal or ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. SO...Be sure to double check that your address is correct. Please.  Also, we will not be held responsible or be obligated to replace an order left at the wrong address due to incorrect shipping info given to us.

    PRICE ADJUSTMENTS + CODES | We will on occasion run flash sales because who doesn't love a sale? Capiche? These sales are TEMPORARY and the sale price will only be ordered in the time slot stated. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.

    INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 days of receipt.  It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors and cutting merchandise will not be considered for a return under any circumstance.  Ya'll get that, right?
